PURCHASING INFO

SHIPPING

I offer free Worldwide Standard Air Shipping via Russian Post or Boxberry (Delivery Company) with tracking # available on all my paintings. All the paintings are shipped inside the hard cardboard boxes, carefully checked and packed by myself. Usually Standard Air Shipping takes approximately 3 weeks to deliver a painting from Russia to the United States, 2 weeks to deliver to Europe.. This timeframe includes delivery+ customs clearance both in Russia and in the recipient country.

Nonetheless due to the reasons beyond my control, such as: forced logistic routes changes (military conflicts) and seasonal holiday rush when delivery companies are extremely overloaded - some delays may occure.

Express Delivery by any carrier of your choice is available upon your request. But please be aware that current rates on DHL and UPS international delivery from Russia are offensively expensive… Rates depend on the size and weight of the packed painting. If you need express delivery -please contact me on current express delivery rates/cost for painting of your choice before making a purchase.

I always look forward to your feedback that the painting has arrived safely and that you are happy with it. But if you are not happy with it you can easily ship it back and have Money Back Guarantee. You have Money Back Guarantee on all painting purchases.

If for any reason you want to return a painting, return it within 14 days after buyer receiving it in the same condition it was sent. Buyer pays for return shipping cost. When you send it you’ll need to ship it insured, so you’ll get a tracking code and send me the code. When I receive the painting back I can issue a refund.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

It takes usually 2-3 business day to process the order before it is shipped out to you. This time is required to obtain the necessary support document (permit), required by Russian Customs, when any art object is being exported outside Russia.

Having obtained this permit I hand in the packed painting to the shipping/delivery company and it is on its way to you.

Domestic Orders do not require any permits and usually dispetched the same day you place an order..

IMPORT DUTIES AND FEES

Customer (buyer) is responsible for any customs fees/taxes applicable in your country. Please be aware of your country’s import regulations.

ORIGINALS

In this shop, you’ll only find originals created by Oxana Logvinova, except one link named “Unique Gifts” which redirects to my Prints Page, where some paintings of mine are available as prints. All my original paintings are one of a kind, no copies exist.
